Poetrygirl: Jackie Rowland

Hey my friends, it just me Jaxx,,,( or Jackie as some of you know me ) just thought I would tell you a little about myself before I starting posting my poetry.

Those of you that know me know writing poetry has been a part of me since I could breath.  I usually write in free verse, that way my heart and soul can lead me .I am a hopless romantic and forever dreaming of happy ever after, although I have recently divorced and thought my world would never be the same I was right.It seems I smile more, sleep better, have better Karma , because I made the choice I needed to make. In that choice it allowed me to see my soul free and know there is more out there than just being someone's possession.

I am me plain and simple and I love me. I am simple and sometime those who know me best don’t even realize it. I like simple things, the night time sky, love the stars, waterfalls, sunsets and sunrises, drives, picnics, and photography and of course writing is my passion. I do find I am happiest with my pen and my thoughts.

Mother of 2 amazing boys Patrick and Kevin, I am so blessed to have them, they make my life complete. I am blessed to be called mom. Best gift God bestowed on me. 

Mostly I write about my life and the journeys good and bad I have had to take. So if you read something I have wrote more than likely I have lived it. I try to always smile and even when my life is in total shambles but most people don’t know it. I love to help others and try my best to treat as everone as my friend.

I would like to say thank to a friend who has believed in me and my poetry since the day we met. not only has he encouraged me; he has made me see that there was more to my poetry than just mere words. He has created this site for me as a gift, and has touched my soul like no one ever has. Fahmi I want to say thank you from the botom of my heart, this world needs more people like you, and I am truly blessed to call you my friend!

So thats me in a nutshell,,,One more thing dont be suprised if you find yourself in my poetry, if you have inspired me in any way I will most likely write about it . Enjoy my poetry and please leave comments good or bad I dont care, just want your true opinions, how can I grow with out them!….My friends please know I love you!!!
